Fred Astaire and Michael Jackson
Fred Astaire was Michael Jackson's biggest inspiration. The King of Pop dedicated his autobiography Moon Walk to the famous dancer. As I was browsing the web I found the video posted below. It is a stitch up of two of Astaire's famous movies and clearly shows where MJ's inspiration came from. Even MJ's beat in Smooth Criminal fits perfectly.
Both dancers thought the other was greater than they were. Here is a video to prove they were both stars.
